Storytelling can be a fun and creative way to play, and can help lay the foundation for strong reading and writing skills. The stories kids can tell are simply unlimited — all it takes is a little imagination. Even so, props can help kids take their storytelling to a new level.
One of our favorite ways to tell stories and role-play is the simple finger puppet — so we’ve shared printable paper puppets with you! Kids can use them to create silly Seuss-style stories, serious stories, social stories, superhero stories — whatever floats their boat. Add some homemade finger puppets to the mix for even more options!
