Would you like to drive the quality mindset within your team and help shape your project’s success?
As an Embedded QA, you will play a key role in ensuring quality throughout the development process. Through coaching, support, and assessment, you’ll help your team uphold high standards while identifying areas for improvement in testing, automation, and processes. You’ll also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to catch issues early, mitigate risks, and drive quality across mobile and Unity platforms.
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will be responsible for improving and operating the QA process within your team, identifying areas where quality processes can be enhanced, and supporting your team to catch issues early. You will assist in the development of testing strategies, test automation, and process improvements to drive high-quality outputs. Additionally, you will identify and assess risks in the project, contributing to better decision-making.
Your tasks will include creating and maintaining test cases and scripts, assisting in planning automation tool requirements, and helping identify any tooling needs. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the team, ensuring effective communication between team members and helping to guide your colleagues through the testing lifecycle
Is this you?
You are an experienced QA professional with a strong technical background, capable of assessing and improving team quality processes. You excel at identifying and mitigating risks early, and you are comfortable working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You have experience in mobile and Unity testing, as well as hands-on knowledge of the development lifecycle.
You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and fostering a quality-driven culture within your team. You communicate effectively, collaborate well across different disciplines, and are always looking for ways to optimize team workflows. Your passion for quality and continuous improvement will make a significant impact on your team's success.

This position is full-time and based in our Stockholm studio with a hybrid working model (part office, part working from home). We apply a 6-month probationary period. You’ll need to be located in Sweden as we are unable to support relocation. As we’re an international company, with over 20 nationalities working here, and millions of users all over the world, you need to be fluent in English. Your application should therefore be in English.
