Yes, it’s true! We’re working on Toca Boca Days, a whole new 3D MULTIPLAYER Toca Boca game!

We’ve been so thrilled to see all the excitement around Toca Boca Days, all the support means so much to us!
This is our first ever 3D multiplayer game, and we've been learning lots along the way, but we've realized that to make this game truly awesome, we need more time to work on it.
Due to this, we have (from September 26th) removed from the game from Android platforms (in markets where it was previously live), to allow us to focus and continue to test and learn quickly and make sure services run as they should. The game will still be available on iOS in Australia, Canada, New Zealand and Sweden.

We just need more time to make sure it will be the multiplayer game it should be for our amazing players. Please know, we’re still hard at work and promise to keep you updated on how the game is shaping up!

Why are you removing the game from Android in some markets?

We want to be as focussed as possible and to find the right mix of ingredients to make Toca Boca Days really special. Reducing the number of platforms the app is available on reduces complexity, allows us to test and learn quickly and make sure services run as they should. 

I'm based in Australia/New Zealand/Sweden/Canada, what can I expect? Will there be new content?

Toca Boca Days will continue to evolve and new content and features will be released on iOS. Keep an eye on the newly released MIX tab in the game for the latest updates - we look forward to hearing your feedback on them!

I spent money - will I get a refund?

We will provide refunds for any purchases for hard currency made on Play Store for Toca Boca Days. For this, customers will need to reach out to our support team here and we would require a copy of the Google Play receipt clearly showing the GPA order number. 

How can I delete my account?

If you wish to request to have your account deleted, this can be initiated from the “iD” button in the top left of the profile picker page, or alternatively please reach out to our support team here

Will you launch on Android in the future?

That’s the plan, but right now we don’t have a timeline for when we’ll be up on Android. B, be sure to keep an eye on tocabocadays.com for updates.

More markets will come! But first we want to make sure we provide the best game experience for you, so the team will be working hard on fixing and developing content over the coming months. Is the game being cancelled?

No, we truly believe in the potential of Toca Boca Days, but after hearing your feedback we realized there was more work to be done to make this game the best it can be. The team will be working hard on fixing and developing content over the coming months and we’ll be sure to keep you updated on our progress!
